As our Sales Representative in El Paso, you will be the vital link between our advanced product capabilities and our customers' needs. You'll determine demand, identify new opportunities, and develop pricing strategies that maximize both market share and customer satisfaction. Your days will be dynamic, blending relationship-building with strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders, followed by diligent follow-up.
• Answering customer questions on products, prices, and availability, and recommending solutions based on their specific needs.
• Preparing and presenting custom estimates, bids, and drawings, often collaborating with our design team to provide samples.
• Consulting with clients post-sale to resolve issues, provide ongoing support, and solidify trusted partnerships.
• Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activity to keep us ahead.
• Performing essential administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $45,000 - $75,000, based on experience. It is based in El Paso, Texas, and is designed for a professional ready to take ownership of their territory and career.
