Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Based on hours, annual range $312,000 - $438,000
• Medical Director Stipend: $25,000

What You'll Do

• Provide OB-GYN triage, labor, and delivery management
• Manage inpatient obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Perform inpatient consults and assist with surgeries
• Collaborate with community OB-GYNs, nursing, and hospital teams
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Help lead the development and growth of a new OB-GYN hospitalist service as Medical Director (preferred)

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 5+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Prior leadership experience (preferred for Medical Director role)
