Production Associate I - Part Time Weekend - $21.25/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5:30PM - 4:00AM (30 hours) What you will do: As a Production Associate I, you will prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines. Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines. Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements. Follow production build rates, and schedules and meet required cycle times. Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required. Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international, and/or customer specifications. Responsible for set‑ups, work preparation, clean‑up, and quality assurance of own work and work area. Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends. What you need: Preferred Qualifications: High School or GED Manufacturing Experience. Physical & Cognitive Requirements: Requires ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on site and product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs. Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriate. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
