Job Description As a restaurant server at Iron Wood & Ice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: Greeting guests and assisting them with seating arrangements. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner. Providing recommendations and descriptions of menu items. Anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns or special requests. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
