About the Role: As a Master Cook with Bourbon Steak, you will play a key role in leading daily kitchen operations while upholding the highest culinary standards. You’ll support menu development, mentor team members, and execute dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. This role is ideal for a motivated professional ready to grow into a leadership position in a dynamic, high-volume fine dining environment. What you bring to the table: 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and your peers Extensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques including advanced knifework, butchery, and fabrication A positive attitude and an active interest leadership Familiarity with Microsoft office suite of products Ability to learn and retain information quicklyIntellectual curiosity Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time At least 18 years of age Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period Bourbon Steakand Mina group are equal opportunity employers committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
