Interview and training: Located at Durango Station Casino
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shaving (Knife shaved), pulling (hand-pulled) and cooking the noodles is a highly significant function that calls for precision, strength, and consistency. You'll be presenting our classic and authentic noodle pulling in front of our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and shave noodles in an efficient manner while maintaining precision and quality.
- Cook and prep noodles for the line
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Comply with all food safety regulations.
- Assist other staff members in prepping ingredients for dishes.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs without restriction
- No physical limitations; able to perform job duties requiring lifting up to 50 lbs
- In good physical condition with no injuries; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Compensation and additional information:
- Fully Onboard $15-$21/hr (Including Tips)
- Bi-weekly paycheck
- 35-40 hours a week guaranteed
