CNC Machinist – Off Shift

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus — $2,500 at 90 Days + $2,500 at 6 Months

Relocation assistance available!

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Up to $35/hour DOE

What You'll Do

As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll bring technical designs to life while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and quality our customers depend on.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting technical  drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and  tolerances .
• Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centers , many with the help of automation.
• Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining.
• Inspecting and measuring finished parts using  calipers, micrometers ,  CMM , and other  precision tools .
• Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $35/hour, depending on experience
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours
• 6 paid holidays

What You Bring

The right CNC Machinist is dedicated, independent and accountable.

The skills needed:

• Strong ability to  read and interpret blueprints , drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
• Proficiency with  precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
• Solid  mechanical aptitude with a problem‑solver mindset.
• Excellent  communication skills —able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
• A  proactive, self ‑ driven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
• Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines is a strong plus.
