Job Title
Please note that the resource may be required to travel initially for access and to understand environment, the location is Pittsburgh PA and the onsite requirement would be 2 weeks, then the resource will work remotely.

Project Tasks
Customer is having resource constraints and needs a backfill to support their VRTX infrastructure. Perform firmware / bios updates on all of the VRTX components, work with Dell Support for initial troubleshooting of VRTX problems. (the standard "remote diagnosis that support requires at the start of a trouble ticket) Day to day operational activities/tasks General troubleshooting/optimization Resident needs to be confident and proactive in providing best practice recommendations to the customer Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction.

Standard ID and papers to show proof of identity/address/ability to work in the US/ takes approximately 48 hours
