Are you a driven professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? Procopio is seeking a Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of a practice team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality service standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
As the Team Manager, you’ll:
- Lead a team of administrative professionals and paralegals, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated and completed to high standards.
- Collaborate with partners to optimize operations, improve attorney satisfaction, and streamline workflows.
- Monitor financial performance, including billable hours and collections, to support practice profitability.
- Oversee team productivity metrics and staffing needs, ensuring balanced workloads and effective utilization.
- Mentor and develop team members through training, feedback, and career growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of legal processes, billable time, filings, and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management tools like Intapp.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field, plus a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of legal administrative experience, including 5+ years in people management.
- Proven experience in operations or practice management in a professional services environment.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $130,000 - $150,000+ depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. Full-time employees can participate in our comprehensive benefit program includes: medical (HMO/PPO plans), dental (HMO/PPO plans), vision, including options for flexible spending/health savings accounts.
