Production Assembly 1st Shift
Location: Suwanee Pay Rate: $17 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM About Us: Join our dynamic team, a leader in the electronic components industry, committed to delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities: As a member of the Production Assembly team, you will:
- Assemble and solder electronic components, such as connectors and cables, adhering to technical specifications, blueprints, and detailed work instructions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to identify defects and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Execute functional testing of electronic products and components to validate performance metrics.
- Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble electronic circuits and components, with strict adherence to safety standards in soldering and wiring processes.
- Operate and maintain automated assembly machines and tools, ensuring equipment is calibrated for optimal performance to support production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities, including work orders, part numbers, lot numbers, and quality control metrics.
- Promptly communicate any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor and proactively identify and resolve assembly-related issues.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment and report any safety hazards to management immediately.
- Effectively package finished electronic products to ensure proper handling and protection during shipment.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the electronics industry, specifically in production assembly.
- Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and electrical testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
