Senior Product Engineer
Join our team near St Paul, MN, as a Senior Product Engineer. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and technical leadership for our food safety and animal health solutions. Your work will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of products post-launch and commercialization.
- Manage design control with technical depth and operational practicality.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional technical leadership and commercial product stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Food Science, Biotechnology, Animal Health, Life Sciences, or related industry.
- Ability to operate effectively under acute timelines and technical pressure.
- Highly detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation.
- Strong root cause investigation skills.
