Here, you will make an impact by:Expanding product and process understanding for assigned products and new product development.Leading product changes and supporting process changes. Ensuring they are carried out with full knowledge of the implications and according to change control proceduresDriving new product scale-up and product characterization phase, working closely with the manufacturing teams.Creating, reviewing, approving and owning product standards and test methods to support customer or new product development requirements. Driving common product standards across global sites, working with product support teams in other regionsAssisting the plants with complaint resolution and reduction projects as needed. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
