Care Assistant – Qualicare KC Home Care
Location: Lee’s Summit, MO (64082)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Assistant to support a female client in the Lee’s Summit area. This role includes care support and companionship, with a strong emphasis on comfort, dignity, and emotional presence .

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual who values building genuine connections
• Light housekeeping.
• Errands & Companionship during said errands.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support.
• A strong sense of respect, professionalism, and advocacy for the client’s comfort and well-being.
• This is a shift where a good personality for chatting and working at the same time will work well for this client.  
• Self-Driven to notice and pick out cleaning tasks in that you can help with. 
• Proactive personality without taking over.
