Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an early morning shift Care Assistant – Private In-Home Care (Independence/Blue Springs/Lees Summit area) Apply Once and be considered for all of QCKC's positions!

Position Requirements:
Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely
Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule

Responsibilities: 

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
• Show up on TIME!
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Assist/Reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients

We are a Private In-HOME Care.  We are not a facility.

Requirements:
- Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
- Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
