Director, Finance

The Director of Finance will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business objectives. This role will foster a culture of collaboration and financial discipline, ensuring close alignment with cross-functional leaders and providing clear guidance on financial processes, governance, and decision-making.This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and performance management within the HVAC distribution industry. The Director will balance enterprise priorities with local business needs, leveraging insights and resources from the parent company to drive profitability, support sustainable growth, and enhance operational efficiency across all distributorships.The Director of Finance will play a critical role in delivering actionable financial insights, strengthening internal controls, and guiding leadership through data-driven decision-making to increase market share and improve overall business performance. This position is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.This position will lead the sourcing efforts of Rheem Air Distribution as well as spearhead cross-business unit opportunities for shared categories and suppliers between RAD and our Rheem Parts Division. Our ideal candidate is located near Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week. Up to 50% travel is required.
