Registered Nurse – LTC Baltimore, MD – Levindale Hospital Hall, Full‑time Night shift 7:00 pm – 7:30 am Staff Nurse – Posting ID 94126, Salary $34.33 – $53.21 (based on experience) Summary Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and serves as advisor and resource for patients and their families as part of the patient care team. Conducts and documents initial and ongoing assessments, gathers data relevant to individual needs, develops and documents plan of care for selected patients, and implements, documents, and delivers care and education based on the plan. Evaluates and documents outcomes of nursing practice.
