Job Summary Seeking an ambitious and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to drive business growth by fostering client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that protect businesses. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong book of business by building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Assess the insurance needs of businesses across diverse industries and present tailored solutions that align with their coverage requirements.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various outreach efforts to expand the client base.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product recommendations to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal underwriters and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product developments to offer competitive solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics through a consultative and client-focused sales approach.
- Regularly follow up with clients to review policy performance, address questions, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or experience in commercial insurance sales is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish trust and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to articulate the benefits of commercial insurance products.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client data and sales pipelines.
- A self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.
- Additional certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) are a plus.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and attend networking events as needed.
