Responsibilities 시설의 정보 기술(IT) 인프라, 네트워크, 장비, 컴퓨터, 케이블링, 서버, 프린터, 통신 장비 및 모든 관련 소프트웨어를 적시에 설치하고 유지 관리합니다. 승인된 방법을 사용하여 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 문제를 진단(Troubleshoot) 및 수리하고, 필요에 따라 제품 지원 부서와 소통합니다.
서버 및 제조 장비에 상주하는 회사 데이터의 백업을 유지 관리하고 복구합니다.
제품 벤더(공급업체)와 지속적으로 소통하여 회사의 IT 요구사항을 지원하는 데 필요한 장비, 서비스 및 소프트웨어를 구체화, 추천 및 요청합니다. IT 시스템 보안을 모니터링하고, 시스템 보안 침해를 방지하기 위해 적절한 조치를 추천 및 취하며, 보안 문제를 경영진에게 보고합니다. 회사의 데이터를 보호하고 관련 규제 요구사항을 준수하기 위해 노후화되거나 수리 불가능한 IT 시스템 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 안전하고 확실하게 폐기할 준비를 합니다.필요에 따라 회사의 제조 및 시설 인프라 유지 관리에 있어 타 부서 직원을 지원합니다.
IT 시스템 유지 관리 및 수리 내역을 관리하고 기록하기 위해 시스템(예: 자산 관리, 시스템 모니터링, 헬프데스크 소프트웨어) 내에서 작업합니다.업무와 관련된 OEM 매뉴얼 및 정보를 읽고 이해할 수 있어야 합니다.
경영진에게 IT 시스템 상태에 대한 정기 보고서를 제공합니다.
컴퓨터 및 시스템 사용자에게 설정, 교육 및 지원을 제공합니다.
