Dalton Owen Agency LLC is looking for a driven Insurance Office Representative to join our team. We prefer candidates who are already licensed and experienced , but we're also open to the right entry-level candidate who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. If you're personable, competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs. Build strong, lasting customer relationships. Recommend insurance coverage based on each customer's situation. Prepare and present insurance quotes. Explain coverage options and available discounts. Follow up with prospects and customers to develop sales opportunities. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate customer and policy information. Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals. Participate in training and professional development. What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty license preferred. Life & Health license is a plus. Previous insurance or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and people skills. Motivated by goals and earning potential. Positive, professional, and customer-focused. Coachable and eager to learn. Organized with strong follow-up skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently while being part of a team. Not licensed yet? That's okay.
