CW Psychological Services is looking for a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to support our growing team of clinicians and help maintain a high standard of client care.

In this role, you'll provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship while helping clinicians strengthen their therapeutic skills, navigate complex cases, and continue developing professionally. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact not only on the clients we serve, but also on the clinicians providing their care.

We believe strong clinical leadership starts with creating an environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, and encouraged to grow. You'll help foster a collaborative culture where team members feel comfortable seeking guidance, receiving feedback, sharing ideas, and continuing to develop their clinical practice.
