Bilingual Office Manager (DUI Program)

Role Description The Bilingual Office Manager (DUI Program) is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Maria, CA. This role oversees daily office operations for the DUI Program, including managing front desk activities, scheduling appointments and classes, maintaining participant files, and ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping. The Office Manager coordinates communication with clients, courts, and referral agencies, provides bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service, and explains program requirements and policies. Responsibilities include supervising administrative workflows, handling payments and receipts, preparing routine reports, and monitoring compliance with program procedures. The role also supports staff with office equipment, supplies, and general administrative tasks, while helping maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all participants. This is a 32-hour per week position, and we cover 100% of health, dental, vision and life insurance for the employee. We also provide a 403-b plan with a match.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication.
• Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills for organizing files, schedules, and program documentation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for interacting respectfully and effectively with participants, families, and referring agencies.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Candidates should possess experience in a human services, legal, or court-related setting; experience with DUI or similar compliance programs is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site full time in Santa Maria, CA, and to handle confidential information in accordance with agency policies.
• Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in office management, social services, or related fields is preferred.
