Production Operations Sr. Representative - 1st
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operations Sr. Representative - 1st to join their team. As a Production Operations Sr. Representative - 1st, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Range: $19
Shift: 1st Shift (6:45am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday)
What's the Job?
- Assist in daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Monitor and document production processes and output
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in production
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable and punctual attendance
