Appointment Setter for Aesthetics

To support a rapidly growing marketing company in the medical aesthetics field, the remote Appointment Setter for Aesthetics will engage in high-volume outbound calling, book qualified appointments for clients, and manage leads effectively while working as an independent contractor. Key responsibilities Make 400+ outbound calls daily to contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission and manage leads for up to 3 clients simultaneously Book and confirm qualified appointments for med spa and aesthetics clients, targeting 40+ appointments per client each month Track and report daily KPIs, maintaining accurate records in GoHighLevel and following structured call scripts with a warm tone Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling Neutral American or Canadian accent required Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems Personal familiarity with med spa or aesthetic treatments Reliable and consistent attendance with the ability to work independently from a home office
