Seeking an Oregon Licensed Customer Service Rep, the full-time remote Customer Service Support Representative will provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries, educating clients on benefits, and assisting with care access while documenting interactions accurately. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner across various communication channels Educate customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and provide guidance on self-service tools Document all customer interactions thoroughly and route inquiries to appropriate departments as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment Knowledge of dental terminology and group health insurance is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
