About the Role: As a Resident Care Assistant, you will assist our dedicated team of dementia-trained professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily living activities: Helping residents with personal care, grooming, and daily routines Providing companionship and emotional support: Building relationships and engaging with residents to promote their mental and emotional well-being Supporting resident engagement: Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies, and facilitating social interactions Maintaining a safe and clean environment: Assisting with housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure a comfortable and safe living space for our residents Requirements: Part-time schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and personal life Additional Information: Competitive salary: (TBD) Benefits: (TBD) Minimum years of experience: N/A Level of education: N/A Additional requirements: N/A Why join our team?
