Position Summary: As a Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing automatic pool cover systems. This role requires technical ability, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, solving problems on-site, while representing CoverSafe with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance, service plans, and general repairs on automatic pool cover systems Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and alignment issues Install new pool cover systems (underguide, recessed top guide, deck mount) and complete replacement fabric installations Accurately document work in our software, including parts used, notes, photos, and time logs Maintain professionalism with customers and ensure quality work that upholds our Customer Experience Policy: “ALL CUSTOMERS MUST BE HAPPY” .
