At Care and Rehab - Boscobel, we pride ourselves on having happy residents, families AND staff. A Certified Nursing Assistant is a vital role on our health care team. The right candidate will have the following skills:

• Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help patients with mobility, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs.
• Provide direct resident care according to each resident's care plan.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident areas.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure safety for both patients and staff.
