You'll:Oversee patient care by directing and supervising LPNs, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA team membersProvide hands-on care through medication and treatment administrationMonitor residents closely and recognize, respond to, and manage acute changes in conditionHelp create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment where residents feel valued and respectedCommunicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of carePerform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin (LPNs with experience will be considered!)Degree from an accredited school of nursingAbility to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructionsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to both give and receive directionStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine desire to make a difference in people's livesYour expertise can make a lasting impact on both residents and fellow team members.Bring Your Skills.
