This opportunity focuses on both therapy services and evaluations to ensure comprehensive student growth. Position based at an esteemed elementary setting, serving a manageable caseload that promotes focused, quality care.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid Alabama Educator SLP Certificate (candidates eligible with certificate pending will be considered)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical skills for educational environments accepted
• Solid understanding of therapy and assessment practices for K-12 populations
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Conduct formal and informal evaluations to guide intervention planning
• Maintain organized documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Work proactively with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
• Effectively manage a caseload not to exceed 60 students
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility processes, and progress reviews
