Registered Nurse (RN) – Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–10:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) team in Klawock, Alaska. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered nursing care, medication services, assessments, education, and care coordination while working closely with providers and an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and individualized patient care. Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders and policies. Provide OTP medication services and support daily medication-room operations. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes or emergencies. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation. Coordinate care with providers and other healthcare professionals. Maintain medication inventory, supplies, and required quality-control checks. Promote patient safety, quality care, and culturally responsive service. Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent nursing degree. Current BLS certification – American Heart Association. Minimum 1 year of RN experience. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with electronic health records preferred.
