Customer Experience Partner

Job Description Deliver high‑quality customer support by managing daily inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, accurate information. Resolve routine customer issues, ensuring a positive and professional service experience. Perform data entry for all order types and process credits and return authorizations. Monitor and communicate backorder status; provide tracking information as requested. Collaborate with Production and Shipping teams to support on‑time delivery and service. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing an average of 50 transactions daily. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, organizational, and phone communication skills. Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Works both independently and as part of a collaborative team with strong attention to detail. Customer‑focused mindset with a strong desire to assist others. 1 year of customer service experience. Education High School Diploma, college degree preferred. Physical Demands Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate. Ability to see and hear. Regularly required to work at a computer terminal and telephone.
