School Social Worker $32 – $35.35/hour *Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, licensure/certification, credentialing, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Help students develop coping strategies, social skills, and conflict-resolution skills. Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning. Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) . Respond appropriately to student crises, including concerns involving abuse, neglect, self-harm, trauma, and other urgent situations. Build strong partnerships with families and serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community agencies. Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and credentials for school social work. Why TES?
