El Car Wash
El Car Wash is a Miami-founded, fast-growing express car wash company focused on delivering convenient, high-quality experiences through advanced wash technology and a people-first culture. With more than 100 locations nationwide, the company is committed to strong communities through charitable giving, youth sports, environmental cleanups, food bank partnerships, and support for first responders.
Job Highlights
- Provide positive customer service by listening actively and following service standards
- Complete tasks accurately and reliably while staying focused on priorities and taking responsibility for work
- Address routine challenges, make sound decisions, and seek assistance when needed
- Work collaboratively with teammates, communicate openly, and contribute to a supportive work environment
- Apply job knowledge, use tools and equipment correctly, and follow all safety and compliance procedures
Candidate Profile
- Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance and a professional appearance
- Strong customer-focused sales skills with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and drive results
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented with strong complaint resolution and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using POS technology and working evenings, weekends, holidays, and outdoors as needed
- Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued
