Trusted.The Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for leading the subcontract activities of multiple proposals and current programs. This position is for a problem-solving and competitive individual that has a passion to succeed.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, compliant and comprehensive Requests for Proposal (RFP) in support of multiple Government Solicitations.Analyze proposals for cost, schedule and risk considerations.Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements, modifications and task orders in accordance with company policy and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).Conduct price analysis, cost analysis (as required).Execute all aspects of the acquisition life-cycle from the development of new business to the resultant subcontract agreements of varying levels of dollar value, subcontract type(s), risk, and complexity.Work as an integral team player with the SPA Director of Subcontracts, SPA Contracts Administrators, and Program Managers for contract success.Be responsible for creating CPSR compliant subcontract files.Establish and maintain excellent internal and external customer relations at all levels of the organization, acting as liaison with subcontractors for all proposal and subcontract matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related field.4+ years of experience in procurement and subcontract administration with contractors to the federal government.Pay Range InformationAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.
