The Full Charge Bookkeeper plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the company’s financial records with precision and integrity. Working closely within a small team of 1-3 members, this position ensures accurate bookkeeping, supports tax preparation, and assists in audit readiness to uphold the organization’s financial health.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure data accuracy
• Manage payroll related records
• Handle bank transactions and monitor cash flow
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Support tax preparation and filing processes
• Enter financial data efficiently and accurately/AS400 experience helpful, but not required
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Manufacturing Environment helpful
• Must be organized

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping
