Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the plant runs efficiently, meeting production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively.
