This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsManage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedbackYOUR EXPERIENCE. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
