Our mission is to build confidence in children, families, and communities nationwide. As a Program Specialist, you will bring our curriculum to life in classrooms, support teachers, and mentor staff. Responsibilities Ensure our world‑class curriculum is presented as intended and that teachers can discuss the curriculum and children’s learning. Spend 75% of your time in the classroom educating children and modeling best practices for teachers. Partner with parents to provide the highest quality care and education. Train, motivate, and lead staff and assist center management with interviewing and hiring teachers. Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives. Qualifications Build strong relationships with families and coworkers and foster an environment where play and discovery coexist. Outstanding customer‑service skills. Approved State Trainer (preferred). Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing (preferred). Meet state‑specific guidelines for the role. Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors. Ability to assume low positions for visual contact with children, remain alert to hearing and vision requirements, and engage in physical activity with children.
