Corporate Associate Financial Analyst - Cincinnati, OH

Job Purpose This position is responsible for compiling and analyzing consolidated financial results, assisting with strategic long‑term planning and other corporate initiatives. The Corporate Associate Financial Analyst serves as a critical member of the corporate finance team, partnering closely with operational finance and cross‑functional leaders to ensure alignment between financial insights, strategic priorities, and overall company objectives. Essential Functions Lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial results for executive leadership reporting Develop and conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision‑making and business performance evaluations Create and deliver presentations, insights, and ad‑hoc analyses for the CFO and senior leadership team Partner with operational finance teams and business leaders to support short‑ and long‑term planning processes Leverage forecasting and planning systems to produce actionable insights Assist in corporate development initiatives, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and project coordination Other duties as assigned Education Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses CPA or MBA (or progress toward completion) is advantageous Relevant Work Experience 0 to 2 years in related field Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Broad financial acumen including a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance principles Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and strong ability to analyze financial data and business metrics Solid communicator with collaboration skills that focus on teamwork.
