Overview As an FP&A Consultant, you will solve real‑world problems by designing innovative solutions, working with world‑class talent in a fast‑growing environment. You will analyze financials, communicate insights, partner with executives to drive impactful decisions, evaluate business processes, uncover improvement and technology opportunities, and help build scalable structures. Job Tasks Analyze financial or operational performance of companies as a strategic advisor and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models (3‑statement models, leveraged acquisition models, operating projections, and valuation analyses). Translate models into analysis and insights for teams and stakeholders to develop solutions to pain points or assess financial and capital impact of decisions. Develop cost models to capture the true cost of client products or services. Identify inefficiencies within CFO‑related processes and recommend automation or improvement opportunities. AR/AP Processing Month‑End Close Job/Product Costing Budgeting/Forecasting Support client pricing strategy conversations based on market data, cost modeling, margin expectations, and strategic business goals. Automate monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting for clients. Design, develop, and deliver training to clients to ensure proper change management of initiatives. Work with the project team to define requirements, milestones, phases, and deliverables. Execute the project plan, report progress, identify and resolve problems, and recommend further actions. Delegate tasks to appropriate resources as project requirements dictate. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). (Preferred, not required) CPA license. Advanced working knowledge of financial models and associated analysis. Executive presence and ability to advise key stakeholders. Ability to interface with multiple other business functions (internally and externally). Desire to build analytical competencies in others within the business. Curiosity to ask questions and challenge the status‑quo. Creativity to devise out‑of‑the‑box solutions. Ability to travel as needed to meet client requirements (up to 4 days per week).
