We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to support our busy clinic and call center. This role includes front desk check-in/check-out as well as rotations in the call center.The Patient Services Representative is often the first and last impression of our practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Modernizing Medicine is a plus.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet patients warmly and complete check-in proceduresCollect co-pays/deductiblesSchedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referralsAnswer incoming calls promptly and professionallyAssist patients with scheduling and general inquiriesMaintain accurate patient information in the EMR systemProvide exceptional customer service at all times.This position is Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
