Assistant Store Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in West Fargo, ND. You will support the store manager by coaching associates, building customer relationships, and helping maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You will contribute to sales goals, mentor staff, and help resolve customer issues while working a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
