Senior Associate Attorney

The McAllen, Texas office of Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, LLP (WSHB), a national civil litigation defense firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of civil litigation defense experience to join our growing litigation team. You must be licensed in Texas. This is an on-site position requiring you to come into the office 5 days per week. Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.We are seeking a motivated attorney capable of handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, construction, transportation, business litigation, and insurance defense. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and the ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff.
