Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative – UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment. Drive a customized company‑owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts. Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems. Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle, and build rapport with the customers serviced. Build strong customer relationships and uphold a customer‑service orientation. Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, and must, prior to their first day of employment: Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service. Strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑oriented environment. A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
