The Route Service Delivery Driver's primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage account information, and work safely.

Reporting Location: Gulfport, MS

Compensation: Weekly Pay $56,160 per year ($61,160 per year with CDL)

Sign on Bonus: $1,000 (paid 90 days after starting)

Sign-on bonus eligibility applies only to new hires who have not been previously employed by the company, its affiliates, or its predecessors.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Responsibilities

• Safety Focus: Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basis
• Service Orientation: Be courteous, outgoing and always maintain a professional image
• Selling Skills: Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Must be willing to work toward obtaining a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions) within 90 days of being hired
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
• Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands
• Must possess a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
