You will play a key role in driving the restaurant’s success, focusing on performance, cleanliness, guest relationships, and team member development. A day in the life of a Restaurant Manager What You’ll Do Run the Show: Oversee every aspect of restaurant operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently from the kitchen to the dining room. You’ll make sure we deliver the best guest experience, 100% of the time. What it takes Neat appearance with an outgoing, friendly personality, team player & “Can Do” attitude. Ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Great communication and writing skills. Relationships over transactions – focus on experience and lifelong connections. Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team. Some exposure to P&L and sales building desirable. Requirements Stand up/be on your feet for long periods of time. Able to lift over 25 lbs. Use motions that entail pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist. Maintain a clean and neat workstation following health code and sanitation standards.
