Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is a leading anti-poverty organization serving neighbors in need across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester. The organization delivers over 70 programs that support more than 35,000 adults and children each year, including individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, youth aging out of foster care, veterans, seniors, and children with developmental delays. Position: Associate Program Director Location NewYork,NY10032 Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and five years of experience, including two years in a supervisory role. Associate Program Director Principal Responsibilities Develop and market program services. Manage program services for quality and consistency. Manage program personnel. Manage fiscal operations. Manage program facilities. Manage community and governmental relations. Monitor compliance to ensure Low Income Housing Tax Credit compliance and recertification; maintain and update database of client incomes. Monitor and ensure program/client compliance with Section8 mandates.
