Job Title: CT TechnologistLocation: Denver, CO 80218Contract: 13 weeks of contract Shift: Monday–Thursday | Overnight, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AMPay Rate:Local: $80/hr on W2Travel: $3,400/Weekly Gross Job SummaryThe CT Technologist performs a variety of computed tomography procedures using ionizing radiation to produce high-quality diagnostic images. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical knowledge, independent judgment, attention to patient safety, and the ability to respond effectively in emergent situations.Key DutiesPerform CT examinations according to department protocols and physician orders. Verify patient identity, review orders, and prepare patients for procedures. Operate CT equipment and related imaging systems to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Review images for quality, clarity, accuracy, and proper anatomical coverage. Apply knowledge of sectional anatomy, positioning, and CT imaging techniques. Administer contrast media under physician/radiologist supervision and follow contrast safety protocols. Operate contrast injectors as applicable. Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or emergencies. Follow radiation safety and infection-control standards. Requirements1–2 years of CT experience requiredARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R)Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques, protocols, and equipment
