Senior Recruiter - Temporary

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, the Senior Recruiter will provide high-level recruiting support across Doctor Recruitment, Practice/Staff Recruitment, and Corporate Recruitment during a 3–6 month temporary assignment. Dental industry experience is required. This role requires an experienced recruiter who can step in quickly, independently manage searches from sourcing through offer, and build immediate credibility with our Partner Doctors and business leaders. The ideal candidate brings direct dental industry recruiting experience and understands the unique challenges of recruiting in competitive healthcare and dental markets. This is a highly visible, hands-on recruiting role. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for developing targeted sourcing strategies, engaging passive talent, managing multiple searches simultaneously, advising hiring leaders on market conditions, and driving candidates through the recruitment process with urgency and professionalism. Manage full-cycle recruitment across Doctor, clinical/practice staff, operational, and corporate positions. Partner directly with Partner Doctors, practice leaders, executives, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Build strong relationships with Partner Doctors and business leaders, establishing credibility and trust quickly. Proactively source and engage passive candidates in competitive dental and healthcare markets. Develop and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Create targeted sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels. Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate experience, qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with the opportunity. Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through interviews, offer negotiation, and acceptance. Provide hiring leaders with market intelligence, including candidate availability, compensation trends, competitive activity, and recruiting challenges. Advise hiring managers on candidate quality, market conditions, compensation considerations, and overall recruiting strategy. Coordinate and conduct interviews with Partner Doctors, managers, directors, executives, and other key stakeholders. Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring leaders to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruiting experience. Partner with HR and business leadership throughout the offer process, including compensation discussions, start dates, and other employment considerations. Maintain accurate and timely candidate and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Prioritize multiple urgent searches across different functions and markets while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and follow-through. Perform additional recruiting projects and responsibilities as needed during the temporary assignment. Position Requirements Dental industry recruiting experience is required. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within dental, DSO, OSO, specialty dental. Experience recruiting across multiple levels and functions, ideally including Doctors/Providers, clinical or practice-level positions, and corporate roles. Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates in competitive markets. Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently partner with Doctors, senior leaders, and hiring managers. Ability to quickly establish credibility, build relationships, and operate as a trusted recruiting partner. Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to independently manage a high-volume and diverse requisition workload with competing priorities. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with limited oversight. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sense of urgency, organization, follow-through, and accountability. Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and other recruiting technologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
