Health & Wellness Director

Program/Department Responsibilities: Direct Leadership and Supervision of the Health & Wellness Department to include Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training and Healthy Living Programming. Management and Coordination of the group exercise schedule of 80 plus classes weekly. Establishes annual departmental goals within context of agency goals and vision and ensure direct reports attain those goals Develops and recommends new programs, processes, partnerships, strategies and approaches Ensures smooth and effective operation of programs and exceptional customer service Increase revenue and engagement in all areas of health& wellness Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise health & wellness team. Fiscal Responsibilities Formulates and Manages the Health & Wellness budget to meet or exceed the budgeted numbers. Recommend better solutions to maximize efficiency wherever possible. Adhere to all fiscal policies and procedures. Location(s) 200 Hedges Pond Road, Plymouth , Massachusetts 02360 , United States Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s strongly preferred Experience working in the Health and Wellness Field preferred At least 5 years of supervisory experience preferred CPR/AED certifications required Ability to work and thrive as part of a cohesive team Strong interpersonal, customer services and networking skills necessary Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary Occasional early morning, late nights and weekends Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs Branch / Program Plymouth Branch Pay Range Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job.
